Good to know before you start.

Does Mutua hold our group's money?

No. Members keep paying into your group's own bank account, the way they do today. Mutua keeps the record: who paid, how much, and for which month.

Do members need to download an app?

No. Members use WhatsApp, which they already have. They can check their status, balance, history and next payment by sending a message.

How do members join?

You share your group's code in your WhatsApp group. Each member sends the code to Mutua, and Mutua matches them by their phone number. Anyone not on your list waits for your approval.

Can we bring our existing records?

Yes. Import your members and past payments from a spreadsheet, so balances start where you left off.

What if a member says a payment is wrong?

They can raise it on WhatsApp. It appears on your dashboard to review, and whatever you decide is recorded with a reason.

Who on our team can see what?

You choose. Admins see everything for their groups. A treasurer handles money but not membership; a secretary handles membership but never money.
